World Book Day aims to help people explore the pleasure of books and reading by

Providing them with the opportunity to have a book of their own.

To coincide with World Book Day on 1^st March 2012, we have launched ‘Ghyllmount Book Corner’ and fundraising event. This year our chosen charity is The British Heart Foundation, and all proceeds will go to them.

You can help in 2 ways

1.     Donate your unwanted books

2.     For a small donation, restock your library from our ‘Ghyllmount Book Corner’

Donations of any books would be most appreciated to enable us to kick start this event. Please leave any unwanted books at reception. Many thanks.

Without early detection it is estimated the disease could claim 30,000

lives over the next decade.

With this in mind, we are welcoming both existing patients and

non-patients to visit us for free mouth cancer screening.

Appointments are available throughout November, and everyone is

welcome to bring a friend – you might just save their life if anything

unusual is detected in the early stages.
